These Service Terms set out the terms that apply when you purchase or engage Innovva Executive for career support services. By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Our Services
Innovva Executive provides professional career support designed to help clients clarify their career direction, strengthen their professional positioning, navigate the job market, and make more informed career decisions.
Our services currently include:
- Career Assessment
- CV Review & CV Rebrand
- LinkedIn Optimisation
- Job Search Support
- Career Coaching
- Premium Career Package
Each service has its own scope, deliverables, process, and timeframe. The specific service purchased will determine what is included in your engagement.

Career Assessment
The Career Assessment is an initial consultation designed to understand your professional background, career goals, target roles, and current position.
The assessment may result in a recommendation regarding the most appropriate next step or service.
The assessment does not constitute a guarantee of employment, recruitment, placement, or any specific career outcome. It is intended to provide professional perspective and guidance based on the information available during the consultation.

CV Services
CV Review and CV Rebrand are provided according to the scope selected at the time of purchase.
CV Review
The CV Review provides a diagnostic assessment of your existing CV, including areas such as structure, formatting, ATS readability, keyword use, and recruiter-facing presentation.
CV Rebrand
The CV Rebrand involves rebuilding or rewriting your CV based on your professional background, target roles, and agreed career direction.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Innovva Executive is accurate and complete. We will not knowingly create or include qualifications, experience, achievements, or other professional information that you have not provided.
Where a follow-up period or revision window is included with your service, requests must be submitted within the stated period.

LinkedIn Optimisation
LinkedIn Optimisation covers improvements to the visible profile and relevant recruiter-facing settings, including profile positioning, experience, skills, Featured sections, and keyword alignment.
Where access to your LinkedIn account is required, you authorise Innovva Executive to make the agreed updates on your behalf.
You remain responsible for your LinkedIn account and login credentials. Innovva Executive will not retain or use your account access beyond what is reasonably required to complete the agreed service.
LinkedIn is a third-party platform. Innovva Executive does not control LinkedIn’s algorithms, recruiter activity, search results, platform policies, or availability. Optimisation therefore does not guarantee increased profile views, recruiter contact, interviews, or employment.

Job Search Support
Job Search Support may include:
- Job Search Strategy
- Curated Opportunity Access
- Ongoing Search Support
- Complete Search Support
The scope of support depends on the service purchased.
Curated opportunities are identified according to the search criteria agreed with you. Opportunities may change or become unavailable after they are identified, and Innovva Executive cannot guarantee that a listed position will remain open or that an employer will respond to an application.
Innovva Executive does not act as your employer or recruitment agency for the purpose of guaranteeing employment through these services.
Where applications, outreach, or other job-search activities are included in an agreed service, the exact scope and responsibilities will be confirmed before work begins.
You remain responsible for reviewing opportunities, providing accurate information, approving applications or communications where required, and making final decisions regarding your job search.

Career Coaching
Career Coaching services may include Interview Preparation and Job Offer Review.
Interview Preparation
Interview Preparation is designed to help you communicate your experience, strengths, and professional value more effectively during interviews.
Coaching does not guarantee an interview invitation, successful interview performance, an offer, or employment.
Job Offer Review
Job Offer Review provides professional guidance on the key terms, considerations, and potential negotiation points within an employment offer.
The review is intended to support your decision-making. It does not replace independent legal, tax, financial, or other specialist advice where such advice is required.
You remain responsible for deciding whether to accept, reject, or negotiate an offer.

Premium Career Package
The Premium Career Package combines multiple career services into one coordinated engagement.
The package may include:
- Career Assessment
- CV Review & CV Rebrand
- LinkedIn Optimisation
- Job Search Support
- Career Coaching
The services are delivered as part of one coordinated engagement rather than as completely separate purchases.
The package includes ongoing search support for the period specified at the time of purchase, with the current package structure providing support for up to 120 days from the agreed start date.
The engagement ends when you accept an offer or reach the end of the agreed support period, whichever occurs first, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any additional services or support outside the agreed package scope may be subject to additional fees.

Client Responsibilities
To provide the services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete professional information.
- Provide requested documents and information within a reasonable timeframe.
- Review deliverables and provide feedback where required.
- Communicate changes to your career goals, target roles, location, availability, or other relevant requirements.
- Respond to reasonable requests from your advisor during the engagement.
- Make your own final decisions regarding applications, interviews, offers, negotiations, and career moves.
Delays in providing information or feedback may affect the delivery timeframe.
